Making Tips and Passion Secrets
"Four Tips To
Spice Up Your Love Relationship"
By Susie and Otto Collins,

Perhaps your love
relationship has spanned 50 years, 5 years, or even 5 months. You
can always find new ways to spice it up. It is undeniable that
relationships are always changing and if you keep doing what you’ve
always done, boredom-- especially in the bedroom-- can set it.
No matter what stage of life
you are in, there are things that you can do to spice up your love
making. Here are four tips that you might enjoy trying out….
- Take time to find out
what you want from your love making experience. If you have been
in a long-term relationship, you may think you already know. We
recommend that take a new look at your desires. Let go of
limits and broaden your possibilities.
- Share your desires with
your lover. Maybe it’s a new thing to talk about a topic other
than your kids, your work, what to eat for dinner, or what to do
that weekend. When you talk about what your love-making desires,
choose a time when you are alone and not distracted by the
television or computer. Speak from your heart and without blame.
Let your intention be to create a closer, more loving connection
with your partner.
- Listen to your lover’s
wants. Be open and encouraging with you partner as he or she
shares love-making desires. Keep your heart open and let go of
judgment when listening. We all get triggered occasionally so
this can take some practice. Listen from a place of love for
your partner and tune in to see how you feel about what he or
she is sharing with you. If you aren’t open to the idea, search
yourself to find out why and pay attention to what thoughts come
up. If you are open to the new suggestions, try them out!
- Give yourself and your
environment a makeover. This doesn’t have to include an
expensive salon visit! Create a beautiful, loving space for your
intimate time together. All it may take is to rearrange the
furniture in your bedroom or other space—and get rid of the
clutter. A portable cd player in the space with some passionate
music could be all it takes to ignite both of you. Leave those
old sweats and worn bathrobe in the closet. Choose what you wear
(or don’t wear) with care and love. Your intimate time is
sacred. Treat it that way.
These four tips can help you
start to create more passion, love and connection in your love
relationship. Open your heart, polish your old skills and learn some
new ones, and enjoy what happens next!
